Return Process

Return Address: You will receive the return address for our supplier. (Please note, as a dropshipping store, items may be shipped from international locations such as China.)

Shipping: Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

Tracking Recommended: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected at the return address, and the product’s condition is approved, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
