Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all requirements listed below are met.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Only minimal handling for inspection purposes is permitted.

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, returns are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Isabellas-Closet reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of damage, misuse, excessive wear, or conditions not caused by us.

Damaged or Defective Items

A replacement may be offered depending on availability and circumstances.

In certain cases, a return of the defective item may not be required.
Replacement processing typically takes 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
Lost shipments:
If your order is lost during transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with the courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.
Unclaimed or refused deliveries:
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $35 CAD fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Canadian consumer protection regulations, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could impact future purchasing eligibility.

All approved returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs processing issues.

Items considered hygiene-sensitive must be returned unused and in sanitary condition.
